LOMC Ballroom
The LOMC Ballroom is a 7800 SQ foot space with a nice size kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and garbage disposal. The ballroom also has a large stage with dressing rooms with bathrooms. Ballroom also has a commercial sized ice machine. The Ballroom capacity is 300 seated and 480 theater seated.
The Oak Room
The Oak Room is our smallest yet most poupluar event space. The capacity of the Oak Room is 65 people. The Oak Room is a stand alone building located next to the LOMC Clubhouse. The Oak Room is currently under going a full renovation, completion is schduled for the end of summer.
The Blue Room
The Blue Room is a 1400 SQ foot space that has been recently renovated. The space has a nice sized kitchen that is open to the event space with a bar style countertop. The Blue Room is located on the 2nd floor of the LOMC Clubhouse. The capacity in the Blue Room is 133 people.
LOMC Conference Room
The LOMC Conference Room is perfect for the small business that needs a space to have training sessions, orientations and meetings. The Conference Room fits 40 people comfortably and has a 70 inch TV for use.
